my device is SMC1500IC

this is my step i connect the UPS to my pc

1) power up and use LAN cable link to router

2) use one USB cable connect to my PC

3) Enable the SmartConnect remote

4) Unsuccess open the IP adrress on Browser

How can i send Notification by myself

The only local control and management on your specific model UPS is via the LCD Menu or through APC Power Chute Browser Software (PCSS) or 3rd party software such as NUT / APCUPSD.

You may use PCSS to send emails once setup on your local computer system. The SMC does not offer a Smart Slot as such you don’t have the option to use any of the NMC for local management.

Lastly, a Smart Connect RJ45 (Green Ethernet Port) has no local (LAN) access, control, or management via web browser. 

This port is restricted to the APC Smart Connect Cloud Portal Service.
