Schneider Context RL 5000E Photovotaic Grid tie Inverter requiresa firmwear upgrade.

The Inverter is in a countdown loop and will not synch in to provided DC to AC conversion.The issue is that it is intermittent and wil reverter to normal for a number of days then drop of and back to the loop counting down.

Schneider have a Firmwearupgrade but as the Inveter is out of Warranty they are not interested in providing any assistance.

I require an Australian company that specialises in this fix to carry out the Firmwear upgrade but am having difficulty in finding such a company.

Where to from here throw the inverter out and by a chinese inverter.
