I am trying to find out if the 30KVA VT 400volts can be used with 60hz freq? would it give out 60hz? the manual is saying it will use it on the input but not the output

In the PowerView-display on the UPS you can set output frequency to "Auto", then the output follows the input. Or you van force the output to 50 or 60Hz.
