Hi folks,
In getting to know the new to me SMX3000RMLV2UNC, I came across a setting accessed from the UPS's LCD control panel having to do with selecting either an "Advanced" or a "Standard" battery charger setting.
I can find no indication, either online or in the manual itself, of what this setting is for or any recommendations on how to set it. If anyone has any insight into what this setting does, I'd appreciate knowing.
Thanks much! Joe

As far as I’m aware this phrase relates to how and what information is available for viewing and their respective options.
This is shown in the feature matrix on page 11 as seen here:

I thought that too. There are two types of information in the configuration screen I seen when scrolling through the list from the front panel: One is for "Menu" and has the Standard and the Advanced options, and the other one is for the Charger and it has both the Standard and the Advanced option. The "Charger" selection is not available in the list that is contained in the manual. Attached is a pic of the option.
Anybody else know what the purpose of this option is?
