I have two SMT1500RMI2UC's in my company, for both the Firmware is v 04.6 (1015). One of them lost the connection to the Smartconnect-Webinterface a few months back. I resetted the network-interface a few times and it connected again. Now it happened again and resets don't work anymore. On the device itself it shows smartconnect as connected in the status menu but the web-interface of smartconnect says CRITICAL, comms lost, Status unknown as UPS network communications have been lost. And there was no notification that this ever happened. So I don't know what the problem is. The other one works just fine, no problems yet. Can someone help me with this?

For whatever reason the connection was magically restored after a dozen or so resets. Let's see how long it will last this time.
