after replace battery with new one UPS not give right run time,please advise if probelm in main board or what?

SMT1500 requires you to adjust the battery replacement date via the front display/LCD to update properly. Did you see a pop up to confirm that you replaced it? If so, does the battery replacement date show today and the predicted battery replacement date show a few years in the future?
You can also try a runtime calibration on this if everything seems updated with the replacement battery date.
