SMT1000 - Runtime 0 minutes with battery power is too low to support the load
My SMT1000 UPS will not hold more than 1 minute run time and I am getting the error below in the logs
Code : 0x0107
Critical - UPS: The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately.
So I assumed the batteries were going bad I couldn't remember when I replaced them. I bought new batteries and when installed still same issue above (no run time and battery to low to support load).
Once unplugged from wall with not run longer than 1 minute at 30% load but the batteries at 100% charge per LCD.
I have another UPS 1000 in another room so thinking I may have purchased bad batteries I moved batteries around (swapped out) and the known working batteries in the 2nd UPS have the same error above. The new batteries I purchased work fine in the 2nd UPS. This isolated the issue to the UPS itself.
I upgraded firmware and Network management card firmware to the latest and still have same issues.
Is the overall UPS faulty?
Screen shots and logs attached and any assistance would be appreciated.
