SMART UPS did not power up on 3 Phase

Hi,

We have bought a Smart UPS SURT20KRMXLI with batteries. We have tested it using a 1 phase input and worked normally. When we brought it at site with a 3 phase power input, we have reconfigured and removed the necessary jumpers from the input wiring tray. However, when we power up the input source, the UPS would not start up, no display, no output, no sound.

Appreciate if you can help us to resolve this issue.
