Hi all,
Since 2 days i am receiving "Code: 0x0109 Warning - UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem." on one of our devices. A SMART UPS 3000 RM. Within in a few seconds the warning is resolved by: "Code: 0x010A Informational - UPS: No longer on battery power.".
The powercircuit isn't giving any other problems on other devices.
Questions:
Any ideas to handle these warnings?
Thanks in advance, Kees

Hi,
It is possible it is due to age. Have you tried to adjust the sensitivity level of the unit. If the unit is set for high sensitivity adjusting it down to medium or low may resolve the warnings.

No. The only issue is the more frequently the UPS uses the battery the sooner the battery should be replaced.

Yes. You should measure the power to be sure there is no issue on that circuit or outlet. If the power quality is good and adjusting the sensitivity does not resolve the issue than at that point it may be a good time to replace the unit.
