Runtime calibration issue after replacing battery pack
Hi,
I have replaced the battery packs on both our UPS' two weeks ago and both of them are having the same problem with runtime being too low.
I have tried the manual calibration process of connecting a load of 30%+ with a fully charged UPS and letting it run down multiple times on both. It worked on the one but not the other and after couple of days it came back on the one that worked.
I guess I would need to reset the battery constant manually. Please let me know what the values are for each of my UPS'.
