Is there any way to way to reset the WEB username/password of an APC5610? Also, what is the default? I tried apc/apc after searching the forums, though it was unclear that this was correct pair for the APC5610. (Unfortunately, this is a used kvm and did not come with APC Network Access Software CD, if that is necessary.... ) Thanks in advance!
Andy

apc/apc is the default administrator password. normally, if you had multiple administrator accounts, one could reset the other. do you have the serial cable that came with this? basically, you should review FA156141 in the knowledge base (http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/) to see what is required for resetting the password on this device. you'll need the serial cable it sounds like to begin.
