Replace Battery Date on Smart UPS 750
We operate the Smart UPS 750 at several locations and now the device is telling us to replace the battery. That is not a problem. But where do you set the new installation date? Reset to factory defaults does not work.

Depending on the specific model, firmware, and production date when you insert a new battery cartridge the unit should prompt you to confirm the same. If so, you would enter the month and year of the battery replacement.
Keep in mind this pertains to UPS hardware that support *Hot Swapping* the batteries while the system is on and operating.If the hardware supports the ability to update the battery replacement date this can also be done via Power Chute software.
NOTE: If you provide the exact model with a link to the unit in question and photo. More factual information and determination can be given. As different models, production years, and firmware did not support the ability to update the install date. A quick Google on the model number you provided didn't indicate in the user manual this was an option / feature when the *Advanced Menu* was enabled. Thus you can try to see if using Power Chute software gives you the ability to do so.
