Hi folks,

i'm receiving "communications lost" email from SmartConnect probably 2 to 3 times per day (but not everyday).
I had troubleshot whatever was indicated on the guide found in this link: Critical UPS Events - Schneider Electric Community
But the issue still persist. Anyone can advise me?
