I started off with an Internal Comm error on the management card for the ACF115 and performed an upgrade. However the upgrade failed with the following information:
Checking network connection ... Checking version information ...
Before Upgrading the NMC the AOS is: apc_hw02_aos_314.bin
Attempting to log in to 192.168.10.101 ... Log in sucessful
Loading OS, please wait ... OK
Please wait (2 minutes ) for system restart OK
Attempting connection to verify restart Failed to ping at 192.168.10.101System reboot failed. Aborting this Upgrade.
Not all Network Management Cards were upgraded successfully:
Encountered 1 failures during upgrade. \\\\Now the NMC will not boot or load an IP address. The display just shows a flashing arrow in the upper left hand corner. \\\\Anyone know how to reset the NMC to factory defaults?

Hi abouchard@gweiss.com, there is a reset button on the electronics module that will boot the NMC, however there is not a way to reset the card back to its original FW. I would suggest calling in to tech support at 1 800 800 4272 option 5 then option 9. They should be able to further assist you with troubleshooting. Hope this helps.
