Hey everyone. Hope someone can chime in on this.

We were putting our RACSC101 racks together and hit a small snag. The rear containment that goes on the back of the InRowSC ACSC100 doesnt sit flush with the unit. The screws holding the upper panel are preventing this. From the documentation, it looks like there is supposed to be two filters instead of the just the one lower filter. I took the back panel off just to check fitment but the documentation mentioned nothing about this. The RACS fits without the panel but there should be a top filter I would suspect. Plus there are no rails to hold a filter on the top half. The screw holes are there but no rails.

Has anyone had any experience with these that can chime in? Did we miss something?
