I asked the 3 Phase Technical Support Team here in the U.S. and their recommendations are below.
In order to determine what the actual issue is we would need all active alarms from the UPS along with the Raw Status information (easiest way to obtain is to go to detailed status in the web interface then intelligence modules and click on the link view system raw status in the lower right of the window, then screenshot the info and attach as pdf). The issue could be any module in the unit so without more information we cannot be more detailed.
We recommend they contact their local in country support directly via telephone in order to speed up troubleshooting and repairs if needed.
