On our AP9215RM unit, the network card is not showing in "Accessories" when working with the PowerView management display that is part of our UPS setup. It displays "No accessories found..."
Yet on the network card itself, there are status lights blinking. I can also ping the IP address (10.100.10.16) I assigned to the unit, and when I physically disconnect the network cable, the ping does not reply...so I know the network card has retained the IP address I programmed it with, using PowerView.
I used to be able to manage the unit via web browser by going to https://10.100.10.16.
The unit is still sending out emails for 'events'. Such as this one (I redacted some info)
Informational - UPS: The number of batteries increased.

I have tried removing and re-seating the network card, to no avail.
Any ideas on why the network card is now showing as an 'accessory' in PowerView, when it clearly is still functioning and retaining the IP address assigned it, would be much appreciated.
