Hi,
we're using PowerChute Network Shutdown for Nutanix AHV. I'm able to connect via SSH with username and password. But I can't connect to the cluster with SSH public/private key authorization:
The public key is on the Nutanix nodes and I'm able to connect via Windows Terminal under Windows 10. I've added the path to the SSH key: C:\Program Files\APC\PowerChute\user_files\id_rsa But the following error always appears: "Nutanix AHV Hosts are inaccessible. Please verify that the Nutanix AHV Host credentials are correct and that all Host IPs are accessible over the network."
Any ideas?
Best regards,
Martin

Update: the "sshservice" file shows the following error while using key authorization:

Hi, this issue still exists. I opened a support request (ID 96570909, esupport.emeade@schneider-electric.com) in November and explained the issue in several mails. But since December I have not received any more response on the status. I asked several times - no answer. What can I do?
