Hi, We have a galaxy 5000 80KVA UPS.
Our UPS alarm is "Power supply board fuse blown". I pressed help key and information was "The DC power supply fuse has blown".
When I closed Q1 (input mains) charger was starting and DC bus was 800V DC.
We tested all of fuses and micro switches on the UPS but them were OK, then we replaced ALIN, DALIN and DCHON boards but alarm is present.
Where is problem? Please guide us.
Regards,
Tohidi

Hi again,
I asked your regional support and they told me:
That issue should come from supply board. But as they already replaced it, to go further in the analysis, we need the UPS tuner logs. So I'm afraid customer will have to call local Schneider Services.

Hi Tohidi,
Unfortuantely we don't have the expertise here to support this type of issue for this UPS. For the quickest service, I recommend you call/email your local technical support office (http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/contact-information/). Otherwise, that is what I'll have to do myself and it could take several days to get an answer, which for this type of UPS is the same as what I've just told you anyway due to its complexity. It also may require a service technician.
