I had working installation of PPE 3.0.1 using UPS 650. Upgraded to UPS ES1000. Check software and saw an upgrade for Windows 7. Downloaded and tried to install but said another version running. Removed that version. Tried to install the upgrade to 3.0.2 and it still says other application running and need to complete that first. I went back to the installation program for 3.0.1 and is will only show "remove" for an option. Now I have nothing and cannot install either. UPS working fine; shows good connection to computer with USB cable. How can I reinstall and upgrade?

I apologize. PM stands for Private Message. If you look on the upper right hand corner of the forum you'll see welcome, your control panel, an envelope, history and logout. The envelope icon is the private message or sort of an Inbox folder, it would show you the number of new messages that you have received. Please click on it and then look for the message that I have sent.

Ross,
Try the steps that I have sent you via the PM function and then install PCPE 3.0.2 again on your PC. If you can, restart the PC first before installing PCPE again.
