PDU reports zero load on device and phase, but banks show load.

I have a NetShelter AP8941 PDU.  It is on 6.8.2

I have an odd problem with one PDU that shows zero load on the device and phase, but both banks show active load.

I've tried restarting the network management console, but no change.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

Will you be able to provide the serial number of the rPDU as well as the screenshots of what you are looking at?  If you can, we have an FAQ that shows how to reseat the PDU display module which requires you to schedule downtime and unplug the load and the PDU.
