No control menu option

I just tool delivery of two new SRT1000's and one of them does not have a 'Control' option in the device menu for some reason. I cannot figure it out. It only has Status, Configuration, Log and About whereas the other also has a control menu. Thus, the only option to turn off the UPS is to unplug the battery.

Sounds like when the system was setup it was in the Standard Menu Configuration. You can enable Advanced Menu to see and control the output groups as noted on page 16:

You can also default the unit and go through the setup wizard and during the process enable Advanced view.
