Show me the information for the UPS in the About tab. Provide a screenshot of the (Top) of the main page of NMC Home Screen.
You may try the following steps to see what the results are:
1. Eject / Hard Boot: Remove the NMC from the UPS and wait ten seconds before inserting. What are the results of doing so?
2. Format: Remove the Ethernet cable. Use a paper clip and insert into the reset button. Press & Hold until you see the right side LED turn orange than release.
This will format the NMC and reset it to a default state and enable DHCP. The user name & password will be set to all lower case: apc
Find the IP Address of the NMC and login to the webpage. What are the results of completing the format process?!?
3. Firmware: Reload the previous (older) firmware on to the NMC confirm the two systems operate as before. If so you know the NMC is fine and this is a firmware issue not related to the NMC hardware.
