Multiple failures on Symmetra - Help please!
Notice: I am a novice with this UPS.
Yesterday, I was warned with an email:
Code: 0x0201
Severe - UPS: Power Module failure.
I have since run a self test that came back with the following pasted from the status page of web mgmt card:
On, Bad Battery, Alarms Present
UPS: Batteries need immediate replacement.
Serial communication has been established.
UPS is on.
UPS: Power Module failure.
UPS: Battery failure.
I started an online chat with support that ended up being for residential products they pointed me to call their business support team. Before I do this, can anyone here help by telling what might be wrong? Why would the new errors only show up when initiating a selftest when it should be constantly monitored? A quick reply is hoped for so I can take quick action.
