Hello,
Can someone help me to identify the model of this unit? (see attached screenshot)
It seems to be the model 0G-9354-01 but in the support section of apc.com site seems it does not exists.
Does somebody know if there are firmware updates available?
Thank you in advance
Michele

This is the model number of a "brain" for an ISX PDU. I don't know what particular model it will be to be honest.
Yes, there is a firmware upgrade available for the XRDP app - AOS 3.7.5, XRDP 3.7.2. The download SKU is SFPDUM372.
You can find it @ http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm under Firmware Upgrades - Modular Power Distribution. Or, since you're using ISX Central, I believe it should show in the upgrade catalog that device offers as this firmware was released, March, 2013.

Hi again.
Download this firmware file: ftp://restrict:Kop$74!@ftp.apcc.com/restricted/hardware/nmcard/firmware/px2/377/apc_hw03_aos390_px23...
Launch the .exe which is pretty straight forward but specifically, you can review any of the NMC1 firmware upgrade options here http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156047
It is OK to do this while the UPS is on and operating.
You'll ultimately only have an update to the AOS component which brings TLS 1.0 and some other little fixes. Your application file will be the same (but still needs to be upgraded as part of the process).

I am also looking for the current firmware release, could you help me out?
One of our Symmetra units has 3.7.5 while the other one has 3.7.8, in the download section I can only find 3.7.2 in Modular Power Distribution.
Also is there some information when the new 0G-9354A (based on NMC2) was released?
One of the Symmetras is kind of new, but we received it feels like it was shipped with an ancient card...

Hi Benjamin - I can shed a little light on this.
From what you're saying, you are interested in Symmetra firmware right, not modular PDU (with 0G-9354-01)?
If so, 0G-9354 latest rev I see is AOS 3.9.0 with px2 app v3.7.7. Here is a link. ftp://restrict:Kop$74!@ftp.apcc.com/restricted/hardware/nmcard/firmware/px2/377/apc_hw03_aos390_px23...
Now, 0G-9354A is our Network Management Card 2 brain for Symmetra PX (100, 160, etc) models. It started shipping in supported models units manufactured in 2017. (You can check your UPS's serial number - refer to the first six characters. It should be something like PD1703. 17 refers to the year in my example. If yours says 16, then it was manufactured last year and thus probably came with 0G-9354.)
0G-9354A replaces 0G-9354 (Network Management Card 1) as you've found. You can apply for an upgrade to this second generation card/brain through your local support team, especially if you just received your UPS unit.
If you do proceed, let me know if you run into any troubles trying to get 0G-9354A for your new UPSs..

Angela.
My company just bought a Symmetra PX100 Unforunately, we don't have the cable to program the NMC that came with it. We have a 0G-9354 and in your earlier post you mentioned that it should be a 0g-9354A. How do I go about getting a replacement?

Hi Thomas,
The programming of the IP address for the 0G-9354 can be done through the UPS's powerview display actually if that is all you're looking to do. Cable is not needed specifically for that.
0G-9354 is fine to use. Unless you need an second generation NMC for any specific reason or special feature, you can continue along with 0G-9354. If you do determine you need a replacement, you should be able to just contact technical support and ask about getting a 0G-9354A. They'll need your UPS serial number to start with.

Angela,
It appears the NMC that we have 0G-9354 model NMC, which only supports an older firmware that our systems can't support. Can you please provide a point of contact for me to upgrade our NMC to the -A model?

Hello!
Our company has Symmetra PX 160 with 0g-9354A.
the web displays the message "Local Management-To-UPS Communication Lost". After replacing the monitoring card, problem remains.
Network Management Card AOS v6.5.0
Will the firmware update help?
