Metered PDU AP8953 stuck on NMC boot
Hi all,
First post here. We bought a bunch of AP8953 metered PDUs and I asked my team to configure the network cards. They have done the configuration on most of them but 1 is stuck in the network management card restart message. We tried to push the reset button, the nic restarts, the lights go off then back on, but nothing seems to happen after that. The display still shows the message restarting.
Refreshing the power of this PDU should do the trick but this rack contains some colocation hardware from other companies and I really don't want to tell them that some of their equipment (that don't have two PSU) will need to be shutdown for this.
