Mac UPS Power Management at 1000% (sic) and not shutting down
I have a Smart UPS 750 (SUA750I-IND, purchased Oct 2022) with its USB connection plugged into my Mac Min (2020, OSX Monterey). The purpose is that my Mac should shutdown before the UPS runs out of juice. However this does not work.
Problem #1: The MAC displays UPS power levels show an extraneous x10 multiplication that misleads the Mac. Fully charged UPS shows 1000% in MAC power management.
Problem #2: MAC provides three different modes for shutting down based on percent remaining, time remaining, or time on UPS. None of those work. The MAC always remains running long after the configured cut-off.
