I'm trying to develop some automation for, among other devices, our G50 rack power filter but information on this site is scarce about it. Hopefully I'm in the right community.
I have tried to use the MIB for SNMP automation for the PowerNet - the only MIB I can find. Presumably, since OIDs are registered, APC would use the same one across devices but even basic information OIDs don't seem to work with Getif 2.3.1 and other tools I've tried. The G50 obviously supports SNMP since it has separate controls to enable and control access for SNMPv1 and v3, and both are enabled (I do get basic model information via SNMP on both the public and private SNMP communities I set up, but nothing APC-specific).
So if the PowerNet MIB from this site doesn't work (nor the OIDs contained within), where can I find the right MIB for the G50? If I enable SSH, does that grant me shell access and I might find the MIB buried somewhere on the device itself?
Or are there any other recommendations for automating things like delayed startup and shutdowns? We want to enable 1-button access to turn it on and off for laypeople.

The PowerNet MIB is what you'd use. In walking a device, I'd check under the following subtrees for device related items (which I did via GetIf 2.3.1). This device is sort of a "mutant" when it comes to SNMP and looks like it uses our MasterSwitch (old power strip/Rack PDU device) OIDs and a few of our newer generation OIDs for energy related items.

The problem is when I went to GetIf, I could not see as much information as the other free MIB browser I use, iReasoning under the masterswitch subtree. Are you familiar with iReasoning?
