Invalid self test
I have a SRT10KRMXLT (serial# AS1927371050) and 2 SRT192RMPB2 external battery cabinets (serial#'s 7S1926L00877 , 7S1926L00885) connected together and have repeated issues with invalid self tests. There are no alarms present and the everything else seems fine with this device. I have tried initiating a self test thru the AP9631 mgmt card (v7.1.2 currently) as well as physically at the ups with the LCD screen menu and most of the time the invalid test remains. The self test reports back as "aborted" with a cause of "internal operation". There have been a couple times where the self test done thru the LCD menu does pass but this is rare. This issue has persisted thru 2 complete battery replacements and at least 2 firmware updates for the AP9631. The current set of batteries were replaced in January 2023 and the previous set were replaced at about 3 years old. Has anyone else seen a similar issue to this?
