Hello: We are trying to remotely change the state (Standby and ON) of 2 RP CW systems using the Input relay. The issue is that the unit request a "normal" state. So when we shutdown the system, the unit generates an alarm. but if we do change the normal status to closed, then when the unit is on, it considers this wrong and also generates an alarm. Any suggestions how to perform this remote ON/Stand by management?

Hello.
The input is used for the remote power off (rpo) on this unit. It will always throw an alarm, when it is not in it's normal state. Unfortunately there is no way to stop it from alarming. We can turn off emails and stop it from logging these alarms through the web interface. This is under General then Notification then you will need to go to the specific alarm and turn off the logging and email. This is also the only way to remotely turn on and off the unit, short of cutting the input power to the unit.
Thank you
