InRow SC short cycles compressor
During the late spring and early fall of the year we find a period where the InRow SC will spend part of the day cycling. It will run for 5-10 minutes, then shutdown, followed immediatly by a restart. One thing we notice while it is running is that it seldom runs with a cfm below 900 or a load of 5kw. It would seem that it thinks it acheives a setpoint and shutsdown instead of slowing itself down further. But during the restart cycle it spends a bit of time in the 600cfm range but not for long.
So what range of output/cfm should the unit be able to track??
I suspect I need to fiddle with the different setpoints more but finding decient directions on how they interact is not easy. My current settings are:
Cool Setpoint: 73
Cool Deadband: 5
Supply Air: 69
Capacity Control: Proportional
Fan Pref: Low
Fan Speed: Automatic
Config: InRow
