Hi there,

What is maximum length of the copper pipe that could be allowed to connect the indoor and outdoor units of ACRD502 units ? Any special considerations in case the maximum lenght is exceed ?

Anyother DX cooling solution you can suggest for a small datacenter of 20-25 KW capacity than Inrow RD?

Thanks and regards
Bala

i found this:

The maximum allowable equivalent length between the evaporator and condenser is 61 equivalent m (200 equivalent ft). Vertical runs (hot gas) require a trap every 6 m (20 ft) of rise.

i attached the manual i have so that you can take a look.

hi,

per the install manual, 61 meters/200 feet is the maximum equivalent length that you can use. Note that the actual length is significantly less as each elbow or bend adds to the equivalent length.

the limit is set in place to ensure proper operation of the refrigeration system.

let me know if you need any other info
