Hello,
I am following the password reset procedure for my kvm. But these instructions on the knowledge base 8013 does not seem to be working for me. Does anyone have any tips that I can use?? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Simply type "reboot" and the ipkvm will reboot. So there is no need to power cycle the device.

*Once the password has been entered, and the configuration has been saved, type "reboot" and the device will do just that.
