Hello, Currently am trying to monitor my APC Easy UPS 3S with Prometheus and Grafana with snmp-exporter but the Mibs file is not suitable with the exporter, how can I have the correct one?

Here you can only get the standardized, vendor-supported =SE= PowerNet MIB, which is constantly updated to support new devices. For example, you can download the latest version of this file here: PowerNet MIB v4.5.2

If you have old version of network card (E3SOPT001) you may need to contact your local SE tech support to provide you a right MIB file.
