Hi,

I am a complete beginner with this so please bear with me.

My boss just bought a new ( well second hand but new for us ) UPS ( SUA300RMI2U ). It has a network card (AP9619) that we believe has a static IP address which we don't know and we do not know the subnet either.

I have tried connecting to the ups via serial connection but that doesn't respond at all.

I have search all over the place but I am just don't get anywhere.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can try?
