I've updated the PDU to the wrong firmware (ATS). I'm trying to install the correct version but it won't work. I've been able to upload the files via FTP, but the wrong version is still present and can't be removed. I tried to switch to Boot Monitor but without success.

Hard resetting the hardware will have absolutely no effect on incorrect firmware being present on the PDU.
Im sure you’re familiar with this resource link but if not here it is:
https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156047/
You may try the resettodef / format commands too to see if this helps. In the APC Forum there is a thread about how to replace the two required files do a search.

Thank you for your reply.
I was able to solve my problem. After the six restarts, it stabilized. I took the opportunity to configure the IP address, subnet mask and default gateway via serial cable.
Then I downloaded the pdu firmware update software from the APC site, which I unzipped where it had a .nmc3 file. I sent it to the PDU by SCP command.
The PDU rebooted and it works again.
Thanks you.
