I am trying to bring two SMC 1500 C APC Smart-UPS to show up in my dashboard on smartconnnect.apc.com. I purchased these back in March and when I recently succeeded in registering them, they appeared on the dashboard but disappeared again within a day or two. They are plugged into my network, but the jack is flashing yellow not green. I want to get these two squared away before I work on the 15 we just purchased.

I get the feeling I am missing something simple. I have tried looking for an answer online but what I have found mainly seems to apply to older models of APC UPS. Can someone help?
