Hi,
I own an SMT2200 and SMT2200RM2U which I purchased new a few years ago. Is it possible to upgrade the firmware on these units? Is so, where can I find the official firmware instructions and official firmware files for these units?
Thank you.

Thanks.

One other related question. Why does the default firmware on the SMT tower determine the latest firmware that can be uploaded? What is the difference between 07.1 and 09.3?
From the FAQ:
SMT Tower (firmware less than UPS 08.0) UPS 07.1
SMT Tower (firmware UPS 08.0 or greater) UPS 09.3
