Error Code SURTD5000XLT

Hi, I would like to get your help on this small problem, I have an UPS APC SURTD5000XLT with a 
Battery pack XFMR, I attached you a picture of the error code as well, the thinng is that my technician changed all the batteries in the external battery pack for new ones, I am not sure if he did changed the on inside the UPS SURTD5000XLT, but the problem is tha the leds are all charge and onces the external power is off the battery comes up but they become to drain in less then 5 minutes, what can be the problem? it is that the batteries inside the SURTD5000XLT need to be replace as well. please confirm and thanks a lot. if you have a service manual that can

The alarm appeared indicates The battery is disconnected or must be replaced

The UPS may emits short beeps for one minute and the Replace Battery LED illuminates. The UPS repeats the alarm every five hours. Perform the self-test procedure after the battery has charged for 24 hours to confirm the Replace Battery condition. The alarm may stop and the LED clears if the battery passes the self-test.

Check that the battery connectors are fully engaged. Allow the battery to recharge for 24 hours. Then, perform a self-test. If the problem persists after recharging, replace the battery.
