Hello people. I hope you are all fine. I need rs-232 support for Easy UPS series (specially for SPM1KI-TR and SRVS1KI).

But I talked to all distributors and officials in Turkey. And none of them know about the RS-232 capability of UPS devices. Schneider's website, on the other hand, constantly directs me to the authorities in Turkey. I'm in a vicious circle right now.

Please could you share an e-mail address to reach the officials of Schneider who have real knowledge about the rs-232 capabilities of their own devices?
