I have a problem with my DA807 SNMP card when I can't access the web, how can I reset the default for the DA807 SNMP card?

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query.  To reset the card to default, the Easy UPS 3PH SNMP Manager needs to be installed on a computer.

Kindly refer to Page 46 from the manual that I have attached.

Thanks for your help, I tried but still can't get in, I think the problem will be solved by updating the firmware, can you tell me where to download the firmware?

Hi @VanDanh 

The latest NMC firmware for your card is 3.7.DA807.APC.15, a Field Service Representative is required to update it.  I suggest that you reach out to our local technical team that supports your country for the support.
