Device UPS: The output power is turned off Issue

Hi, recently our office are have some power outage and we find the UPS cut off the output power after 2mins. Since the outage are happened in long holiday, there are only little part of event log left behind and others were clean off already.

The below logs show that after power outage the UPS cut the output power after 2min, although the server Shutdown process are started but the there is no enough time for it to shutdown normally.

Our concern is, is that the conf. setting wrong to make the UPS cut off power after 2mins ?

The client's powerchute setting

UPS on battery, shut down at 300 seconds.

The UPS settings:

Start of Shutdown
Low Battery Duration: 08 minutes
Shutdown Delay: 180 seconds
Maximum Required Delay: 8 minutes
Basic Signaling Shutdown: Enable

The interesting things is the UPS run times show 2h33m while the load power is just 5.8% watts.

The UPS are 5 years old now and the battery are replaced 2 years ago.
