Cooling unit ACRC103

Dear team,

I had installed 1 x Inrow cooling unit ACRC103 and now i want to upgrade firmware of its OAS system but i am unable to found the same unit firmware, Do have this model firmware?? one more thing is the unit ACRC301s which is new model by APC.Is its firmware is compatible with ACRC103 or not???

Dear Team,

I have configured the structureware 7.2.0 enterprise with SMS and Email alert. Most of the time if warning or any error occurred, this feature send a lot of SMS alerts even we receive alert after every minute. Can u tell me what is the procedure to  change alert time or is there any setting to select the alarms for alert? I mean we want only critical or warning alert with delay of 5 to 10 min. Please guide me.
