Cooling sizing

Hello

i need help in selecting the cooling solution from APC, we want to use InRow cooling , but i want to understand how to calculate the cooling requirments needed.
The tool available under APC is very Naive and no effecient.

My requirments is too cool equipment distributed over 3 Racks, each rack draw average of 5 kw, the room area is around 40 M square, and the room temperature without any equipment running can reach up too 40 degree cent. during summer.

how i can calculate my cooling requirment ?
