Cooling for small server room

I have a server room (two racks) that lacks proper cooling. It's about 10x9x9 (L x W x H). The only AC coming into the room is from the AC that is used to cool the entire building. I was thinking of a portable AC unit because it's such a small room; but others have told me to stay away from these. Anyone have any suggestions of a product APC (or anyone else) makes that would be useful? If it is useful info, there are 4 servers, a storage loader, and 2 switches in the room. The servers are HP Proliant DL and ML series.
