Compensating for a low input voltage

Alo Everyone, I have a Smart-UPS 3000 RM that is about a year old now. About two weeks ago (after a power outage) the UPS started reporting the following error:

UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.

A second later the UPS would log that it was no longer on battery power. This sequence would occur about every 10 minutes. To diagnose whether this was a UPS or premise power issue I swapped the UPS over to a circuit that was being used by another Smart-UPS 3000 RM that was not having the same issue. The issue ended up following the UPS which told me the issue was with the UPS and not the premise power.

I did some searching and found some forums that suggested to reboot the Management Card and/or Upgrade Firmware for the Management Card. I first rebooted the card but the issue came back. Next I upgraded to the latest firmware. It took about 30 minutes but the issue came back, but a little different this time. Now the error is:

UPS: Compensating for a low input voltage.

After about 45 seconds the UPS reported the following: UPS: No longer compensating for a low input voltage.

This is where I'm stuck at now.

Here are some facts about the UPS and Network Management Card.

Thanks for your help

Bryce,

Could you please post the event and data logs of the UPS which was recorded by the NMC?
