Can the internal firmware on a SmartUPS 3000XL be updated?

I know that the network modules on SmartUPS units can be updated, but can the same be done for the firmware on the actual SmartUPS 3000XL itself? Currently my units are running FW: 691.17.D and USB FW: 7.3, and I am curious if there is a more current version available.

Do you happen to know what model number network modules can be fitted into the SUA3000XL?

Are you referring to the Network Management Card which allows users to monitor the UPS on the network?

any one of these cards can be fit into the SUA3000XLUPS smart slot bay.

You can also use older cards, like the AP9617 and AP9619, though they're discontinued... If you have some laying around or anything. 🙂
