Hello,
I try ton register my product on the SmartConnect website but I can't. I have this message :
"Unable to add device - ensure that the Product ID and Product Key provided are correct. If you have connected your device for the first time, ensure that your device has an active network connection, and allow up to 15 minutes before trying again. For more information, visit the Help Center"
I rebooted it several times. I ping the product on my network.
Can you Help me ?
