Can't register my Smart-USP 750
Hello,
I am unable to register my Smart-UPS 750 using the SmartConnect portal. I have entered the correct Product ID and Product Key exactly as shown on the QR code label:
Despite multiple attempts and waiting over 15 minutes after first powering the device, I continue to receive the following error:
"Unable to add device - ensure that the Product ID and Product Key provided are correct. If you have connected your device for the first time, ensure that your device has an active network connection, and allow up to 15 minutes before trying again."
The UPS is connected to a working internet connection via Ethernet, and I've confirmed that network access is available.
Could you please help me resolve this or let me know if there's anything else I should try?
