APC back-ups XS 1500, blank screen. it just lights up blue whenever I turn the screen on. the battery is pretty old, could that be the cause? I only get like 1 min. of runtime when my streaming pc is on.

Hello. I see no replies for this issue. Did you ever get it resolved?

I have an APC Symmetra PX2 100K doing the same thing. There is power to the Display Interface, but it's blank after the POST. I am quite sure it's my 0G-3954 NMC, but I haven't been able to get my logistics personnel to buy a new one for me.

I wonder if anyone from APC will chime in?
